Bonapartism is a process through which following a proletarian revolution a single figure hoist himself to a seat of autocratic power. While retaining some trapping of the revolution, the leader ultimately betrays its principles. Within the ASU, this has been avoided by the election of Troikas and by the vigilance of the Inspectorate.
