He is in the 11th Grade along with Maya Delaney and Daniel Bianchi, two of his best friends. He has an older brother named Travis and his mother was the town's chief police officer. Both his parents knew about supernaturals and had Sileni blood, but it was his father that wanted to join the experiment. His father was a scientist in Salmon Creek, but died before The Gathering. While in Salmon Creek, Corey is on the wrestling team with Daniel and has an on-off relationship with Hayley Morris. He is first seen in the series outside the school, encouraging a wrestling match between Travis and Daniel. At Maya's party Corey is joking about the climbing race and is beaten by her easily. Later, he is with Hayley in Daniel's living room when Maya walks in with Rafeal Martinez, quickly leaving when she sees them. During The Rising Corey discovers that he is a resurrected supernatural type called a Sileni. He has visions of the future, and of the present, and his powers also include charm. He jokes that he is not as cool as Maya and Daniel, ranking at about a 2 on the super power scale.
