| - By forming a Mini-Tailed Beast Ball, Sarutobi will begin to warp Saiken's fluid chakra, forming a shuriken-like shape around the ball. Like the Great Mini-Tailed Beast Ball, this requires three chakra arms, rather than the standard two — two for stabilizing the chakra, and one for shaping the chakra into shuriken form. Once complete, the technique resembles the Rasenshuriken; a large, four-point fūma shuriken.

The technique can then be thrown, like a normal shuriken, allowing Sarutobi to strike targets from a large distance. Once thrown, the shuriken picks up speed, and, upon reaching maximum speed, releases the ball at the center like a slingshot (unlike the Rasenshuriken, which maintains its shuriken shape throughout the technique). Upon making impact, the technique makes a larger explosion than even an average Tailed Beast Ball, leading to the theory that it is, in actuality, stronger than a Tailed Beast Ball, dwarfing even Gyūki in size.
