The Hamilton Bus Company was a bus company in the borough of Manhattan, New York City. It began operating the Houston Street-Avenue C bus route (now Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority route M21) in 1929. In 1935, it was sold to the Triangle Bus Company.
