PSI Rockin is realized in EarthBound by Ness, and is also used by Giygas in the game's final battle. Ness's Nightmare is also capable of using the attack. At its Ω level, its power is rivaled only by (to an extent) PSI Freeze Ω. Like the four main characters, King, and Ness' favorite food, PSI Rockin can be given a unique name by the player when asked what the player's favorite thing is before the story begins. Like PK Love, it has no out-of-battle effect. But it, when used, displays a lot of technicolor lights and loud sounds (in the Virtual Console release, the visual effects are significantly blurred so as to lower the risk of epiletic seizures). The power depends on the level of PSI Rockin selected.
