What a difference a few hours can make. The match starts, RE4 is over 70% and people start going nuts about how it can beat FFX and make a miracle run to win the contest. And then it starts bleeding percentage. A lot. For the rest of the match. All the way down to 65.69%. Short sentences. Oh it would make it to FFX, no doubt about that, but winning was out of the question.

Grand Theft Auto overall had a terrible contest, but it actually got to go out on a high note in its final match. It bled the hell out of RE4, causing Sir Chris to go on the podcast and call RE4 the turd of the week. FFD might have killed him had this been said in person, but Chris was right to a point. That's an awful percentage bleed, and it was difficult to imagine RE4 making some miracle run after this. Oh it would make it to FFX, no doubt about that, but winning was out of the question.
