He started attacking users for no reason and giving them "punishment videos" (Which were simply clips of stolen videos with a Sesame Street song playing in the BG) and videos with his own private parts (which isn't allowed on YouTube) After his trolling on various users (including Luigitehplumber and BillyBob 125) PaperKing99 got in contact with his Mom and told her what he was doing, Richard was forced to private all of his videos by her on YouTube in March of 2016, and has never appeared on YouTube since.
