abstract
  • The minis of Minecraft are mini-creepers. These blocky green creatures are about half the size of a person, and although they hiss when threatened, they thankfully don't explode. They usually have a name tag above them showing the name that was misspelled. While Minecraft doesn't have many actual characters, it does have mobs, enchantments, and items, among other things; capitalization of their names can be difficult to master and is a common source for minis. According to the style guide on the Minecraft Wiki, mob and item names should not be capitalized unless they are the first word of a sentence or referred to as a proper noun, but enchantments and status effects have to be capitalized unless used as an adjective. Structure and biome names must be lower-case unless they are the first word of a sentence.
