Choco Mountain is the third course in Flower Cup of Mario Kart 64. Hazards here are falling rocks and a strange chocolate temple can be seen here at some point. This course is similar to Choco Island in Super Mario Kart. This course reappears in Mario Kart DS as a Retro Track in the Retro Cup, Leaf Cup, only being graphically updated to Nintendo DS graphics, and the banister (in Mario Kart 64 the wall protecting from falling) is taken out. The Staff Ghost uses Wario in the Dragonfly.

  • Choco Mountain is a course both found in Mario Kart 64 and Mario Kart DS. The track appears on a brown track in between a bunch of brown mountains. It is also very foggy and cloudy there. Also somewhere in the middle point of the track, the player will see water. In the Nintendo 64 version, a big banner will appear in the 50cc version that blocks the player from falling into the water. This changes in higher cc versions. In the Mario Kart DS version, no banner will appear whether the mode is on 50cc or higher. Boulders will also fall down from mountains across the stage.
  • Choco Mountain is the 3rd track in the Flower Cup in Mario Kart 64. It is brown, and as the name suggests, it is probably chocolate. It features a chocolate tunnel shaped like a pyramid, and at one point, big chocolate boulders crash down onto the track. If a player is hit by these boulders, it'll knock them off the track or flatten them. Shortly before the finish line, there's a point where the players can fall to a lower section of the track, losing about 20 seconds. In 50cc mode as well as Time Trials, there are railings along the cliff which prevent you from falling. Meanwhile, in 100cc and 150cc, there is no railing, which makes it possible to fall, or knock someone down.
