Arch-Provost Bengila Urlan was a male individual who led the starship-manufacturer Rendili StarDrive during the time of the Clone Wars. In an attempt to counter the success that had been brought to Rendili's rival Kuat Drive Yards by their Acclamator-class assault ship and Venator-class Star Destroyer lines, Urlan tasked various infochants and StarDrive spies with stealing and copying Kuati starship designs. Urlan later persuaded the KDY designer Walex Blissex to come and work for StarDrive, which Urlan believed would cripple his rivals.
