Cécile Croomy was born in July 3837 in the Duchy of Tinako and graduated from the University of Fort William in 3862 with a PhD in Micro-Biology. She rose to fame in the political landscape as the Councillor for the Progress Party, her charismatic speeches gave her good media air time. She also became famous for her controversial and often far-right views.
