- Gulliver is a character in Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: Wild World, Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. He is a seagull who randomly washes up onto the beach once a week from 6:00 A.M. to Midnight in Animal Crossing. If the player talks to him repeatedly, he will wake up a give you a rare item as thanks. In Wild World and City Folk, he is seen in a spaceship that the character may shoot down with a Slingshot. When he crashes, he will ask the player to find the missing pieces of his broken ship. If the character finds them, then they are rewarded with a rare item. He appears in this form as a trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. His spaceship is called the Porpoise.

- Later on in the series, Dominic Sorel takes the job of looking after Gulliver after finding him stowed away in his briefcase. The animal immediately takes a liking to Dominic's bed and could not be moved from its place. It seems to enjoy eating jam. He seems to take a liking to Dominic over time, and wishes to come with him to stop Anemone from destroying the Scub Coral Control Cluster. After theEND's Vascud Crisis knocks Dominic off the ref board he was on after the high speed craft he was piloting was destroyed, Anemone jumps out of theEND to go after Dominic and Gulliver pulls them together.

- Gulliver (ジョニー, Jonī?, Johnny) is a seagull in the Animal Crossing series. His only function is to reward the player with special items of furniture, usually artifacts from around the world if you answer his question of where he is going, which suggests he is an explorer. In City Folk it is possible to obtain a helmet that looks identical to Gulliver's own space helmet.

- Gulliver is the title character of the Jonathan Swift novel Gulliver's Travels. He is mentioned when Sabrina and Daphne Grimm travel to New York City to get Puck healed from his Jabberwocky injury. Apparently, Gulliver was convinced that the Yahoos could become civilized, so he brought them over to America, much to the annoyance of the Six Dwarves. Gulliver also met the Lilliputians during his travels, but whether they're also in New York because of him is not explained.

- Around 1661, Gulliver was born in Nottinghamshire, where his father had a small estate. He married Miss Mary Burton (c. 1688), daughter of a London hosier and became a surgeon. He enjoyed traveling and after a storm in 1699, he washed up on the shores of Lilliput, an island inhabited by tiny people. Later, he found his way to Brobdingnag, an island inhabited by giants. - Gulliver is a seagull who is Big Bird's penpal. He appears in Sesame Street Episode 4021, when he comes to the street to meet Big Bird. Gulliver is accustomed to the segregated nature of his neighborhood, where birds only play with birds, and is initially frightened of and prejudiced towards Snuffy and the rest of the street's inhabitants.
- Gulliver is a large and friendly robot, who acts like a human gentle giant. He was assigned to work on an Antarctic base during the Cronos Project, an endeavor to produce a satellite powerful enough to take high quality images of the Cronos System. Gulliver was the best friend of Dr. Yuzuru Kisaragi, and developed a deep love of space and research from him. Gulliver also looked after a young Yuko Kisaragi. Since Yuko was often left alone at the Cronos base, he bonded with Yuko and became a guardian for her. Even after being restored 12 years after his battery first ran out, he is still very protective of Yuko.
