The Homeland Security Advisory Council is part of the Executive Office of the President. It was created by an Executive Order on March 21, 2002. (Homeland Security Council Executive Order ) Its members include: The Council met on December 14, 2004 in San Diego, California, and voted to reconsider the color-coded Homeland Security Advisory System, among other suggestions.
