He was the consummate Jedi scholar. Later in life, he would grow interested in Sith lore and the history of the Jedi/Sith Wars. Eventually he would leave Coruscant on a special mission, issued directly by the Jedi High Council. Late in the Clone Wars, the Council sought out Julian for his knowledge of the Sith. The attempts came far too late. Order 66 was issued and the Jedi Order was annihilated. Julian had become a Sith, claiming the title of Dark Lord of the Sith and Sith Philosopher.
