His Grace Felix, Baron of Hofbauer (b. November 27th, 3150) was the 81st Governor-General of Greater Hulstria. From 3188 to 3203 he served as the Chief Minister of Mitrania. Hofbauer was nominated as the Faschistische Gewalt-Partei candidate for Governor-General in 3202, a year before the general election. Konrad Deutschlaender did not seek a second term and stepped aside to allow Hofbauer to accept the nomination. The Baron of Hofbauer's tenure as the Chief Minister of Mitrania made him an acceptable nominee and many party insiders regarded his conservative reforms within Mitrania as what the party needed as liberalism continued to decline in Greater Hulstria.
