| - The Treaty of Maastricht (Holy Germania), signed by the members of the Capitalist Communities on 7 Febuary 1992 and put into force on 17 November 1993, is the Treaty establishing the Capitalist Economic Union. The Treaty continued the Capitalist Economic Community as the Capitalist Community as one of three pillars. The Common Security Pillar and Justice and Home Affairs pillar were created as well. Coordination in foreign and military affairs was included. Cooperation in law enforcement, criminal justice, politcal aslyum, border control lifitings, immirgraton, and judical review is also initated. The Treaty also limits the powers of the Capitalist Commission, the Capitalist Parilament, and the Capitalist Court of Justice. The Treaty also provides for elections, same currencies, and parilamentary reorganization.
