| - Drocal Arconen was the former head of the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order, sitting as the Director of the Select Committee. He had huge political influence over the Galactic Empire. He was known for his callous, uncompassionate, vigilant, and critical thinking personality. He was revered and feared for his swift hand in dealing Imperial justice to anyone that showed even the slightest of treasonous intent. With the rise to power of Bacharan Valak, Drocal's "rule" came to an end, and he chose to retire from COMPNOR, only to briefly serve as the Minister of Finance. He disappeared from galactic politics shortly thereafter to accept the life of an Imperial citizen, albeit one of privilege.

Through it all, Drocal maintained a fierce loyalty, nearing fanatical worship, to the memory and ideals of Palpatine. Every few months, Drocal would place himself at great risk of New Republic capture to rendezvous at the site over Endor moon where Palpatine met his fateful end. Aware that he was a great Force Master, Drocal had faith in the miracle of a Palpatine resurrection. Ultimately an exercise in futility, Drocal would drift in orbit for as long as possible, praying for any sign, a faint whisper, of the Emperor's return. Relationship wise, there are no records of Drocal having ever married or of ever having children. However, there are accounts that suggest he had periods of companionship with Emperor Alaric's former wife, Venus Darkstar. Drocal was created and played by Brad McMillan (), from 1993-2001.
