The Black Skirt Tetra (Gymnocorymbus ternetzi) is a tropical community fish. They usually grow to about 2.5 inches in length. Their diet consists of flakes, frozen foods, or frozen-dried foods. The ideal water temperature for them is about 65 to 75°F and their swimming level is the middle. The maintaining level for them is beginner. They require at least 10 gallons of water. They tend to stay planted in one spot.
