The names are all of characters in games that rival Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto. Nick Kong (Nick Kang, True Crime: Streets of LA), Dick Tanner (Tanner, Driver), Mike Griffin (Mace Griffin, Mace Griffin Bounty Hunter), and the other three (The Getaway). Rockstar often mocks their rivals in other easter eggs, such as True Grime Street Cleaners.
