Billy (ビリー Birī?) is a virus from the Mega Man Battle Network series. Their appearance is that of a ball with eyes, stubby feet, probe-like arms and a lighting bolt protruding out of the back of their head. When in battle, these viruses move around by one panel in random directions. After a set amount of moves, they begin their attack by clenching their thin needle arms and releasing a slow-moving, homming electric ball that floats toward the player for a set duration of time. If hit, they cause the player to be paralyzed for a brief moment and stunned for a bit longer. When stunned, everytime the player moves one panel, their motion is interrupted to deliver a quick shock, dealing 10HP of damage. After a few seconds wandering around after the player, the ball disappears; upon moving a set

After a few seconds wandering around after the player, the ball disappears; upon moving a set amount of squares, the viruses repeat this attack pattern. Stronger variants release faster and more damaging electric balls.
