Rovers took the lead early through full back Lee Brown, but Hereford equalised in the opening stages of the second half, thanks to Delroy Facey. Benoit Dalibard's dismissal for serious foul play gave Rovers a man advantage in the game, and they capitalised when substitute Scott McGleish grabbed a winner 18 minutes from time.
