Artix Entertainment games can't seem to keep themselves safe from the wrath of these idiots either. * From Adventure Quest Worlds: * Meet Chaos Lord Ledgermayne, a plant-like being of pure magic who is behind all of the problems with magic in Lore. After preventing the players from entering the portal to the para-elemental plane of magic where it's at its strongest, Ledgermayne closes the portal to keep them from making any further attempts to enter the plane. After the players collect the Wrap of Gilead, the third and second-to-last piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff, Ledgermayne finally reveals its true purpose - it wants to seal off the para-elemental plane of magic from Lore forever. Since magic is the life-force of Lore, this means that, if Ledgermayne succeeds, Lore and all life

  • Artix Entertainment games can't seem to keep themselves safe from the wrath of these idiots either. Since magic is the life-force of Lore, this means that, if Ledgermayne succeeds, Lore and all life on it will be starved off and killed. And, worst of all, Ledgermayne KNOWS THIS and doesn't care one tiny bit! * * Earlier, Chaos Dragonlord Vath also qualifies, as he not only enslaved the dwarves, but also his own dragon. He doesn't care how much pain and suffering he's causing the dwarves in the slightest and doesn't even care if they starve to death as, long as they can forge enough Chaos Gemeralds to keep him happy. Worse yet, Vath even threatens to enslave the rest of Lore and will even threaten to throw the bodies of anyone who tries to foil his plans down to the dwarves as a demonstration of WHAT HAPPENS to those who oppose his might! * We also have the Stalkwalker, who manipulates the kids with Chaos into bringing her their parents so she can feed on them, then eat the kids themselves when they're old enough and allowing their kids to take their place as her servants and repeating the whole cycle over and over again. * * Tibicenas, the eighth Lord of Chaos, counts as well. He attempted to kill the hero on Zahart's orders - and DEFINITELY would've done so had it not been for Zhoom's interference. Later, Zahart also had him pull off a You Have Outlived Your Usefulness on one of his slaves as a reward for finding the heart of the Sphinx for him, a red diamond lost within the sands that was used to animate the Chaos Sphinx. The killing part done by Tibi himself was probably so brutal that it just had to be censored. And last, but not least, he even badly owned Saahir in a Curb Stomp Battle - one where Saahir himself suffered The Worf Effect because he didn't even last five seconds against him. * Vordred definitely counts as a Complete Monster big time, seeing as how he turned many Paladins into his undead slaves and also enslaved the hero as his undead minion, using him/her to infiltrate Lightguard Keep. And he showed no sign of pity or regret. And what's worse? He threatens to add the skulls of the ArcAttack band members to his collection unless they are able to succeed with their experiment on him. His most despicable act, of course, is the Zombie Apocalypse he unleashes in the Bad Ending part of the Doomwood finale if the hero chooses to betray Artix and let Vordred become the Champion of Darkness. * As if that's not enough, how about who created Vordred? Sally, the new mistress of the Necropolis, brought Noxus back as a lich, and Noxus found an ancient evil that Sally herself helped use to create Vordred. Sally even admits that Vordred isn't complete yet - all he needs to do is slay Artix to become the most complete darkness being on Lore and that's all there is to it. * Chaorrupting his brother Antiphuus and allowing his kin to blame the Horcs for his death? Check. Stealing an Arashtite ore of the Accord of the Dark Sun from the Ravine Temple? Check. Chaorrupting friends and family alike and doing so to both his own kin and the Horcs? Check. Using the chaorrupted (by Xing and Xang) generals of both sides of the Alliance to try to shatter said Alliance and get the Hero blamed for it all? Check. Willing to sacrifice anything - even family - for Chaos power? Double check! Yeah, Chaos Lord Krellenos is a monster. So much so that it's very satisfying to see him killed by Khasaanda, his twin sister, who usurps his power before doing so. * Exos...Ah, Exos. He seems to count as well, seeing as how he attempted to murder Stratos and would've done so if it weren't for Lithos stopping him. Unfortunately for him, he slashed him to death with the knife he attempted to kill Stratos with. As Invidia, the Dreamweaver in disguise, says, "He will never forgive Exos." * Lithos wasn't Exos' only victim, of course; years later, he killed Terra by pushing her off a cliff to her Disney Villain Death in the ocean below, even though Terra was clearly not a villain. * Who can forget Desoloth? He bites off Galanoth's own arm, harms all dragons who get in his way but what REALLY made him a monster was killing the adorable winged lemur Omom just because he could! * From Dragon Fable: * Sek Duat wanted to become immortal, and to get his wish, he attempted sacrificing 100 rebels. He also killed all of the sand-elves, except for Zhoom. That crime alone is more than enough reason for Zhoom to want to kill him. * Noxus reveals that he was the one who unleashed the green mist that not only killed Lady Vayle's brother Edgar, but also killed Artix's hometown. And he gleefully implies that he enjoyed it. But that's not all - in Adventure Quest Worlds, he becomes an Omnicidal Maniac and a Magnificent Bastard with plans to turn EVERYONE in Lore undead, a goal he shares with his creation, Vordred. * While Sepulchure let his fortress crash into the Guardian Tower, causing a loss of many good men and women and Lady Celestia died because of him, which wasn't even the biggest Player Punch he had given, as he mentions that the baby dragon that lands by his side was happily welcomed into Lore by an undead Akriloth, who was made undead by him and Xan, and even killed one of King Alteon's random generic knights in Adventure Quest Worlds for the heck of it. He's actually an Anti-Villain with standards who's trying to bring back his lost love Lynaria with Doom Weapons and even has a kinder, gentler side that shows up every Frostval and shares its joy with the rest of the Shadowscythe, which completely and utterly pushes him right out of Complete Monster territory.
