At present only the Japanese reveal trailer has been seen, showcasing classes which are similar to the previous game's Ranger and Wing Diver (it has been confirmed the latter class is returning to the name Pale Wing, at least in Japan), a spindly mech resembling the old BM03 Vegalta but which couild be a new Fencer-like class, and a new main battle tank design based on the German Leopard 2 rather than the old Abrams-derived E551 Gigantus. The new Ranger can now sprint as well as roll, and the Pale Wing is said to have gained an evasive boost move like the one the Fencer had in the 2025 games.

  • At present only the Japanese reveal trailer has been seen, showcasing classes which are similar to the previous game's Ranger and Wing Diver (it has been confirmed the latter class is returning to the name Pale Wing, at least in Japan), a spindly mech resembling the old BM03 Vegalta but which couild be a new Fencer-like class, and a new main battle tank design based on the German Leopard 2 rather than the old Abrams-derived E551 Gigantus. The new Ranger can now sprint as well as roll, and the Pale Wing is said to have gained an evasive boost move like the one the Fencer had in the 2025 games. Ants, Crimson Ants and Spiders all look like their 4.1 incarnations. However, there is a different aesthetic to Ravager vehicles this time, with their primary color being yellow. Transport Ships, now called Teleportation Ships have been seen with a new design, along with some type of missile device called a Teleport Anchor that appears to act like a Tunnel Exit. Bipedal soldiers resembling frogs called Colonists and Gray-like alien soldiers called Cosmonauts, which might actually be the Ravagers themselves, have also been shown, along with small UFO-like craft called Battle Drones and a massive new craft resembling the Mothership of Monster Attack and Global Defence Force. The Colonists and Cosmonauts are subject to new dismemberment mechanics, with destruction of individual limbs reducing their mobility or firepower. Erginus has been seen in a gameplay video of mission 4, along with new giant EDF tanks resembling the classic Godzilla MASER tank, and a creature which is certainly not Anguirus. Weather effects are seen in the trailer, specifically rain. The date given in the trailer is 2022, and it has been confirmed that this is a reboot of the series and it means that humanity is encountering the Ravagers for the first time all over again. This would mean it is a remake of Monster Attack much as 2017 was. So far the only announced format is PS4.
