Jerry Ross (b. 1941) is a comedy writer who co-wrote The Muppets Valentine Show with Jerry Juhl. Ross worked on a variety of television sitcoms, from the 1970s through the 1990s, including Barney Miller, Chico and the Man, Welcome Back, Kotter, That Girl, Gimme a Break!, Mama's Family, The Cosby Show (also serving as co-producer), and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
