Regardless of the owner, every night, Zunari will rent out the first floor of the house to hold his auction, where he sells items like Treasure Charts and Pieces of Heart to the highest bidder (until he runs out), as well as the Magic Armor after several auctions have been won. The house and its inhabitants also are important to a quest for a Piece of Heart involving Maggie and her love interest, a Moblin named Moe. It is interesting to note that if Link smashes the vases while Mila's Father owns the house, he will charge him ten Rupees per vase, while Maggie's Father seems to not care.
