A villain named Ace recruits four burglars into a team called the Royal Flush Gang. The team members are Ten, Jack, King and Queen. They capture the whole Justice League of America except Batman, Robin and Cyborg. Darkseid is then revealed is to be the real leader of the Royal Flush Gang. When he leaves, Robin puts the Royal Flush gang (except Ace and Ten) underneath a net while Cyborg holds Ten. Batman unmasks Ace revealing him to be the Joker. Darkseid arrives and the remaining Super Powers Team escapes while Darkseid traps Ten for trying to free the Super Friends and releases the Royal Flush Gang and commands them to get back Batman, Robin and Cyborg. The Royal Flush Gang succeeds and the remaining Super Powers Team are trapped. Darkseid then orders his drones to take over the world. Me

Meanwhile, Batman has actually switched disguises in his battle with Jack and Jack is trapped while Batman is free. Batman frees the Super Powers Team and the Royal Flush Gang(except Joker) are captured. Firestorm destroys the Royal Flush Gang's base : The House of Cards while Superman destroys the drones. Darkseid, enraged with the Joker's failure, sends him to the Super Powers Team.
