Scout Bots are small aerial devices resembling helicopters that assist Special Forces in clearing the mall of zombies and survivors. They are seen only in Overtime Mode and will fire at Frank when spotted. They will also emit a high-pitched alarm if Frank gets too close that will alert any soldiers in the area. During the fight against the tank at the end of Overtime Mode, Scout Bots will accompany the tank during the fight. Frank can shoot them down with his gatling gun.

Sie waren leicht gepanzert, spindeldünn und besaßen rote Photorezeptoren. Ihre einzige Angriffsmöglichkeit war ein starker Elektrischer Stromstoß, welcher aus ihren Händen schoss. Deswegen wurden sie auch Shockbots gennant. In der Solana - Galaxie waren sie billige Maßenware. Außerdem wurden sie von den meisten Soldaten als Späher eingesetzt. Ging von den Scoutbots kein Signal mehr aus, wussten die Truppen, das ein Feind im Anmarsch war. Um ihre schwache Panzerung und Bewaffnung auszugleichen, taten sie sich in Gruppen von mindestens 3 bis 8 Scouts auf. Dank eines eingebauten Repulsors können sie auch in der Luft schweben.
