The song is rather simple and straightforward, and tells Len's story of his long-lasting feelings for his classmate Rin. At the start of the song, Len is dreaming that he and Rin are on the rooftop of their school and that he tells her 'Thank you', although he doesn't know why. When he wakes up, he goes on with his daily routine of lookign at her from afar without daring to make a move. Finally, he brings himself to pass her a note whre he asks her to meet him on the rooftop of the school. There, he finally confesses, and to his utmost delight, she answers that she has loved him for just as long. Len then tells her 'Thank you' just like he had in his dream.
