* Judgement Day - Two separate vengeance battles, both involving Mortis. It took on Cassius and later Napalm to settle a grudge in each of the first two wars. Both won by Mortis.
* Reserve Rumble - A one-off battle between five robots that were rejected from the main series. Won by Jim Struts.
* Inferno Insurrection - An exhibition match where Nemesis and Stock Robot Ramrombit were sprayed with paraffin then set alight by Sergeant Bash.
* Super Showdown - The final of the only Super Heavyweight Championship held in the history of Robot Wars. Won by Kick Robut.
* Internet Insurrection - A melee contested by four teams with the belief that they had the best website. Won by Griffon. The episode also featured highlights from the Featherweight, Lightweight, Middleweight and the other Super Heavyweight championship battles of the series. "Thanks for watching our Grudge Match special. That's all the scores we've got time to settle. Now remember we don't suffer fools and we don't like bores but we do get even, on Robot Wars." — Craig Charles' sign-off
