Grei Lar was a human from Druckenwell who rose to a position of prominence in the Caspian Navy. He was an aloof, industrious opportunist who would gain the confidence of higher-placed officials all during his time in Caspia, culminating in a chair position and rank of Admiral during the Dusten administration. Through development of the Nycad Naval Post within Kichnar Orbital Station, he again put himself in a position to become an administrator, and later governor of the huge space station. He would frequently alienate his peers and contemporaries, and at one point in early 8 ABY, disappeared from KOS. Evidence and speculation pointed to his walking out an airlock without an EVA suit.
