Motal became a willing participant in the Dark Council scheme. He maintains the appearance of Lyn Beorht, favouring hooded black robes. Croke are small enough to be held in a Human hand. They resemble snails with furry spider legs. Their true form is almost never seen. Despite his advanced age, Motal is nothing exceptional in terms of the Force. Excellent with illusions, he is otherwise fairly limited in his skills. He also knows Force Shield (a consequence of being small and easily squashed). At one point or another in his millennia of existence, he has learned almost everything there is to know about the Force, gotten bored, and forgotten it. He actually spent a few hundred years as a Lightsider (not long after the formation of the Jedi Order), just to see what it was like. He is not hugely powerful.
