Oldman is charged with keeping an eye on things at the Guild when Ester is away from the guild. Guild administrator. The book guy. Loris, somewhat timid and fuddled in his outward nature oversees much of the daily operations of the Hunter's guild and keeps the Guildmaster clued into what's going on. Loris and Oldman also help to coordinate guild training exercises and novices. Loris is married to Celia. Dale, a young guy has been a bit of a troublemaker. He drinks, tends towards violence when he is drunk and generally is a pain in the butt. He has almost been kicked out of the guild twice. Ester has both had to bail him out of jail and stick him in jail a couple of times. He and several others in a hunting party disappeared for over a month until they mysteriously showed up again, ragged but intact. They still haven't been able to get a straight story about what has happened to them. Dale has been one of the leading members of the faction that is unhappy with Ester as Guildmaster. Gender appears to be the main issue. A couple of public standoffs have occured between her and some of his cronies in the taverns. Dale is married and has several children. It is well known within the guild that Dale has been violent towards his wife. It's rumored that the Guildmistress is aware of the situation and makes sure that she protected if necessary and is provided for if imperials don't quite make it home to her.
