This album was released during the One Tree Hill 2005 Music Tour at concert venues. This limited edition album is no longer available for release. During her time off tour, Galeotti filmed a video for her song, Songs In My Pockets, at Coney Island Beach and Astroland in Brooklyn, New York. In the recent episode entitled What Do You Go Home To?" of the One Tree Hill series, Galeotti's character Haley James Scott plays a little bit of her demo for Peyton Sawyer which is in fact Galeotti's cover of the song Leaving Town Alive.
