Fenoglio's peevish, put-upon, pink-colored glass man. Appreciative of Elinor's frankness toward the author once she arrives in the Inkworld. Rosenquartz is used by Fenoglio to spy on Orpheus in Inkdeath, but Rosenquartz would rather sneek to seamstresses' street to chase glass women.
