However, he feels the time has come for him to step down and wants Kirk to stand instead of him. Kirk declines, suggesting Oxymyx either choose someone from his own organization or find some fresh blood. Oxymyx later contacts him to say that he chose the kid who helped Kirk on his visit to the planet, Tony Lubocq or "Tony the Talker", and he won a landslide by telling everyone that he'd make sure they got their share of the pie if he got his. He also asks Kirk for the rules to fizzbin.
