Could someone please remind me what the difference between and is? Both templates can be put on an article with no sources, both place them in a maintenance category, and both tag the articles according to how long they've been sourceless. What's the difference? Why don't we redirect to , and merge the categories? —Silly Dan (talk) 16:51, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

Kuralyov 18:12, 28 July 2006 (UTC) * Aha! Thanks! (Perhaps the verify template should be reworded to clarify that.) —Silly Dan (talk) 22:02, 28 July 2006 (UTC) * I think they should be made a little different, too. Heck, we could change {{verify}} to say something like "I don't know. I have a bad feeling about this." -- Ozzel 00:41, 29 July 2006 (UTC) * That, or "Aren't you a little short to be a stormtrooper?" —Silly Dan (talk) 00:58, 29 July 2006 (UTC) * Verify is used for articles that wreak of fanon, whereas most other articles are legit only they lack their sources. -- Riffsyphon1024 15:53, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
