The Divine Technique allows the user to ignite anything they direct their thoughts at, drowning the target in a sea of crimson flames. These flames are reputed to be hotter than the sun; they have only been once extinguished, by Sasuke Uchiha's Amaterasu. In Part II, Kenji has mastered this technique to the point where he only needs to point at an object for it to burst into flames, a testament to his skill with the Fire Release.

abstract
  • The Divine Technique allows the user to ignite anything they direct their thoughts at, drowning the target in a sea of crimson flames. These flames are reputed to be hotter than the sun; they have only been once extinguished, by Sasuke Uchiha's Amaterasu. The jutsu, however, has two drawbacks. Firstly, it cannot be used if the user cannot see the target, the reason being that the user must know what they are focusing their chakra on before they can focus it. The second drawback is that the user must remain completely focused on the target as he executes the technique, because stray thoughts can distract the user and cause them to burn something other than the intended target. In Part II, Kenji has mastered this technique to the point where he only needs to point at an object for it to burst into flames, a testament to his skill with the Fire Release.
