A Flying monkey like creature was seen by Lt. Colonel John Sheppard's team on a planet they were surveying to become Atlantis's Alpha Site. According to Teyla Emmagan it may have been leaping instead of flying and according to Dr. Rodney McKay it made some sort of shrieking noise and may have also had a beak, although Sheppard disputes that saying it did not have a beak. - At some point between 1997-1999, Andrew Wells summoned a pack of demonic Flying Monkeys to attack Sunnydale High's production of Romeo & Juliet. This event, however, seemed to be over shadowed by the release of several hellhounds during senior prom by Andrew's brother Tucker. Andrew was very insistent on this fact, though everyone else seemed to barely remember what he did or even who he was.
