Bel-Hissar was a king of ancient Acheron. On Bel-Hissar's royal galley, Naka the pearl-diver gave Bel-Hissar a great rubi. The Acheronian lords begged their king to return the rubi to the sea, because it belonged to the Sea Gods. Bel-Hissar, however, was already fascinated by the rubi and refused. Later, an unnamed thief and murderer killed the king and stole the rubi. The rubi would be known has the Blood of Bel-Hissar.
