He Yi (onyomi: Ka Gi) is a member of the Yellow Turbans from Yu Province who helped instigate revolts in the counties of Runan and Yingchuan. He eventually aligned himself with Yuan Shu and Sun Jian before surrendering to Cao Cao in February 196. Although his fellow bandits were executed, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.
