- Sate Pestage was an emissary of Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine who, during the Clone Wars accompanied Janus Greejatus, Ars Dangor, Sly Moore and Lieutenant Commander Orson Krennic to Geonosis to oversee Poggle the Lesser's homecoming. As Poggle gave a speech to his fellow Geonosians, Pestage sat alongside the other emissaries in the Petranaki arena. After the rise of the Galactic Empire, Pestage was a member of the Imperial Ruling Council during Emperor Palpatine's reign.
- Sate Pestage was the human advisor to Emperor Palpatine. He was more often than not, the object of which Palpatine would rage upon. He usually received a shot of Force-lightning once a standard day. He helped bring to his notice how the ysalamiri could help capture renegade Jedi, such as Nathaniel Kenobi. Luckily, Nathan would figure a way past this and rescued his family. He would later die in the Galactic Civil War.
