  • The Council of Santhenar was the ruling body of Santhenar, headed by the Magister, for thousands of years. The major purpose of the Council was to find a way to banish Rulke and the rest of the Charon from Santhenar for all time. It also served to keep watch on the Nightland. The Council consisted of a collection of great mancers and scholars. Some fifty years after the breaking of the Forbidding, the Council struggled to create a united front against the invading lyrinx. At this time, the shadowy Numinator stepped in and killed many mancers, dissolving the Council into the Council of Scrutators.
