Despite his poorness, he does often show up in various plays and movies, and he does seem to get some government aid when he's down in the dumps. He also has a radio and even his own airplaine. In spite of this, though, he's still really poor, mainly due to his brother 1930salleo somehow losing all of this money. He's also heavily afraid of the Mahziis. He was originally neutral to them, and even went to events sponsored by them. But he eventually became afraid of their aggressiveness and began to lose trust in them, so he eventually joined the Anti-Mahziis.
