Dr. Fukurokov participated in the Armada's attack on Cocoa Island, but met his match in the form of the brilliant young Fox Miles "Tails" Prower. Making their primary capital ship (still appearing unamed) and "Big-M" which he claims to be the greatest robot ever created. Aside from his misuse of words, the quality of his machines, and the sparks on insanity that you can just see shooting out of him, there isn't really much to be said about this mad scientist. He also appeared in the game Tails Adventure, and is killed when Tails controls a robot to push a boulder on top of him.
