| - Sushie is a Cheep-Cheep that becomes Mario's seventh partner in Paper Mario. Her out-of-battle abilities are going into water and having Mario ride on her through water. She sometimes watches over Yoshi kids in the Yoshi Village who are sometimes very naughty and mischievous. She is seen at the end of the game with the Yoshi kids in Jade Jungle, then in Princess Peach's Castle, and then on the Star Wagon with the other party members in the game.
- Sushie is a purple Cheep-Cheep who babysits the Baby Yoshis on Lavalava Island in Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64. Sushie is very attentive to the Baby Yoshis' schemes, and so she often ruins them. Sushie also has a daughter named Sashimie, who is going to have a baby, making Sushie a grandmother. Sushie helps Mario by ferrying him across bodies of water, but only if they are on a wooden platform. In battle, she specializes in water attacks, making her useful against fire enemies. Her name, as well as her daughter Sashimie, are spoofs of various Japanese fish served raw, sushi and sashimi respectively.

- Sushie the Cheep-Cheep first appeared in the Nintendo 64 RPG Paper Mario where she was the seventh partner Mario acquired. She was the Fearsome Five's strict babysitter; when the five children ran into the Jade Jungle she teamed up with Mario to rescue them. She remained as Mario's partner throughout the adventure after she heard the story of how he's trying to rescue a Princess from the evil king Bowser, she is a real romantic and thinks the story is darling so she joins up with Mario.

Elle peut également cracher plusieurs jets d'eau simultanément sur plusieurs ennemis. Son attaque de jets d'eau sera notamment très utile contre Piranha-Lave.
