Notes	Although the code for Outlaw Riders is present in Population Definitions for all major Scav locations in the game, and therefore making it possible for them to spawn, their presence hasn't been observed yet. In True Vault Hunter Mode, they are renamed Outlaw Beastmaster, and in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, they are renamed Outlaw Cavalry.

Strategy	Outlaw Riders are the heaviest type of ground-based Outlaws, most commonly appearing with either Blaster or Splitter lasers. However, they are not 'combat-shy' but rely on their firepower and heavy armor to chase the enemy. Outlaw Riders feature more health than most other scav units, and only wield the various varieties of lasers. In addition, their backpacks have grenade and rocket launchers built-in. Due to the fact that they wear astronaut attire, Outlaw Riders do not carry Oz Kits. Therefore, it is impossible to cause an Outlaw Rider to suffocate in a vacuum.
