They were revered by Webfoot Goblins, who tended to them and formed colonies along the banks of lakes which contained them. The greatest and wisest of the Great Clams, the Great Blueshell Clam, was one of the three Ancient Ones, and the second oldest lifeform in the entire Edgeworld.
