| - After being transported away from the previous episode’s adventure along the Afghanistan border, Tony Newman and Doug Phillips wind up in the Cherbourg Peninsula in June, 1944, right before D-Day during World War II. After witnessing a shootout/bombing from a gang of resisters, Newman and Phillips are immediately captured by the Gestapo. The two get separated due to Phillips being chosen to be experimented on by Dr. Hans Kleinemann, who gives the order to make it look like Newman escaped from the building. However, Newman is immediately caught by several resistors and held captive, which they plan to use him to help them launch an assault against the Germans. The team at Project Tic-Toc, meanwhile, has had their hands full due to trying to obtain correct information as to where the Gestapo building is, as well as trying to figure out who had captured Newman and where he is being held in case they have to move him along with Phillips out of the area in case of emergency. Complicating matters further is that Kleinemann “reprograms” Phillips with a new, Nazi identity, instructing him that Newman is now his enemy and he must kill him.
