A Flying Side Kick is a variation of a Side Kick. It is performed by taking a step and jumping off the non-kicking leg then performing the Side Kick in mid-air: * Step with the non-kicking leg and lift the kicking knee high into the air * Jump into the air with the non-kicking leg and bend the non-kicking leg so that the non-kicking foot is brought up to the kicking foot. * With the non-kicking leg still bent underneath you, straighten the kicking leg to perform a side kick. * Usually one lands first on the non-kicking leg.
