The Confederate Premier Division (Spanish: División Primero) is a professional association football league that serves as the top division of football (there referred to as European football or soccer) in the Confederate States of America. As with South American and European leagues, the Premier Division promotes clubs up from the Confederate Second Division and relegates low-performing clubs down. The Premier Division sponsors twelve teams. The champion of the 2013 season was Phoenix FC. Premier Division teams can compete for the Premier Division championship on a points system with a playoff between the top two teams, the Confederate Club Cup which is open to the entire CSA soccer pyramid, the USCS Tournament Cup, the CONCACAF Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup.
